Cardi-Whoa is a high energy, heart-pounding class focused on building aerobic capacity, stamina, and speed!

We’ll work on pacing, breathwork, body awareness, and of course, looking good naked.

This is not necessarily a barbell-free zone, but we won’t be learning any complex movements, and weights will always be on the lighter side. We focus on getting sweaty and getting sexy!

Classes are 45 minutes with stretching after, making this a perfect introduction to Synapse, or a fun dive into the world of endurance for our more advanced members.

Classes are M/W/F at 10AM and Tue/Thur at 6:30PM.
