drop-in policy

We LOVE drop-ins!  If you're a member at another CrossFit, you're welcome to drop-in free of charge. If you enjoy your experience, feel free to buy a shirt or leave a review on social media. 

Open Gym policy

Open Gym is a GREAT way to work on skills, lifts, or your "sexy time" accessory work! If you're a member, you're welcome to use Open Gym time, or work on the side when classes are running. Just be aware that during class time, classes have priorities over racks and equipment.

Our most popular option is our all access pass to unlimited CrossFit, Weightlifting, Recovery, and Endurance classes. The membership is month-to-month only, with no contracts, simply a 14-day cancellation policy.
